Circular London, London Waste and Recycling Board , Collaboration Project Officer
Philip Guthrie is Circular London’s Collaboration Hub project officer. He joined LWARB in 2017 with a view to promoting collaboration within the circular economy across London. The role looks to bring actors across key business and industry sectors together with government, community and academia to explore ways to transition London to a circular economy, encouraging these actors to take practical steps to demonstrate this. This collaboration interfaces closely with the Advance London work with SMEs. Other work has included specific work on built environment projects such as Circular Office guide and Re-usable Buildings.
Before joining LWARB Guthrie worked for Arup for more than ten years where he developed extensive knowledge of the built environment sector in London, Australia and South Africa and skills in facilitation and design exploration. Guthrie is a Chartered Environmentalist and an Accredited Mediator.
